Association dues include:
- Gas, heat, water and sewer
- Exterior maintenance of buildings
- Common area maintenance
- Property management (Kirkpatrick Management Company)
- Trash removal
- Snow removal
- On-site maintenance Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Pool and clubhouse maintenance
- Annual audits for the Association
- Casualty and liability insurance for all structures and the common area (this does not include individual coverage required for inside the units.)
Note: Monthly Association dues vary based on percentage of ownership (which is based on the square footage of the unit).
