Association dues include: 

  • Gas, heat, water and sewer
  • Exterior maintenance of buildings
  • Common area maintenance
  • Property management (Kirkpatrick Management Company)
  • Trash removal
  • Recycling
  • Snow removal
  • On-site maintenance Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Pool and clubhouse maintenance
  • Annual audits for the Association
  • Casualty and liability insurance for all structures and the common area (this does not include individual coverage required for inside the units.)

Note:  Monthly Association dues vary based on percentage of ownership (which is based on the square footage of the unit).
